I find that having a garden helps me to eat healthier in the summer-and the winter. I use working int he garden as a form of exercise (and tanning) and then eat the veggies and fruits that come out of it.

MORE INFORMATION:
It's a good idea to check out some books in your library about gardening. Iwould recommend organic gardening, because then you don't have pesticides or other chemicals in your food.
