All I can say is YUM!! These are awesome--they come in a variety of flavors and are 120 cal and 4 grams of fat. You get a lot too--between 19 and 22 chips per serving, so you feel like you are getting a lot! Once again, YUM!!

Pop Chips - a Great Potato Chip Alternative!!! Low Fat, All Natural, Healthiest chip I could find.
I LOVE CHIPS - the crunches, the flavors, etc, but they are always sooo Bad for you. I found Pop Chips crunch perfectly awesome, and taste great too. They are never fried, never baked, all natural, nothing fake or phony. * no trans fat * no saturated fat * no cholesterol * no preservatives They are about 120 calories for 20 - 22 of these chips. A great filling serving.
I find I feel less tired and sore if I eat protein and carbs after my work-out, especially if I've done work with weights. My favorite is 1/2 c lo fat cottage cheese, snack bag Pop Chips and a LifeTime Fitness Club, Whey of Life smoothie with raspberries. Very satisfying and filling.
