I tried a "new" product called Running Food. They are chia seeds that have actually been around for thousands of years and date back to the Aztecs. (yes this is what Chia pets were grown from). Seems to live up to the claim of keeping you fuller longer. Also a good way to maange cravings.

I am mexican and all my family has always at nights leave a half glass of water and one teaspoon of chia seeds. The following morning, the water has become a light jelly that has no flavor, seeds softened, you mix them and drink them. No cholesterol has been found in the family ever. My sister's family doctor in LA was amaxzed and couldn't believe it. Remember, there is no flavor so that is good.

I have heard of them as well. I looked at my local health food store-they sell them in protein powder and by themselves. Which do you prefer?
