When you've been wronged by someone, forgive them and move on even though it's painful. Forgiveness is for you, not the other person. MEP Balance is something that I use to measure my current state of being. When my MEP is in balance I find it is easier to exercise or eat healthier because I am in a positive place.
M = Mental health E = Emotional well-being P = Physical health
Staying positive leads to better emotional well-being. Being positive helps keep my mental health in the "happy" range. The happier I am, the less likely I am to do things that will make me sick or damage my body. Balance - it does a body good!
Yesterday I learned the importance of sharing my frustrations with others. It will help you not to bottle it up and allow it to stress you out. Our physical health is so connected to our mental health. Got to take care of both to be truly healthy.
