When you've been wronged by someone, forgive them and move on even though it's painful. Forgiveness is for you, not the other person. We often hold on to negative feelings which eventually begin to affect our mental health, our physical health and the health of the relationships we hold near and dear.

    I recently read a quote "unforgiveness is like when you drink the poison and wait for the other person to die" So true.
