Whenever I am having a "blah" day, I write down as many things I can think of that I am thankful for. EVERYTHING. The little things and the big things. Like today, I am so thankful for the support and motivation I recieve from my sparkfriends.

I am by myself and my 2 dogs and days go by without another human voice. I could be really depress but I look at all I have and have had and I am thankful. I know God is with me each day and gives me the strength in my mine body to continue on. I am not rich materially but I am in other ways.30
To motivate myself I wrote on a note card "I am proud of my..." "I love my..." "I am thankful for..." "Today I wont..." "Today I will..." And I put the notecard by the mirror where I put on my makeup. Everyday I take a few seconds for me to put myself in order and praise myself.
