Cottage cheese is low in fat and carbs & very high in protein. Cottage Cheese with fruit, Cottage Cheese on a bed of lettuce, Cottage Cheese in salad with flaxseeds, cottage cheese with chopped oinion and parsley flakes, cottage cheese w/matchstick carrots It's a great diet food. Lots of Calcium and Protein just chose the low fat version.
Flaxseed oil is good for the heart because it is the richest source of alpha-linolenic acid. Flaxseed itself (ground or whole) also contains lignans, which may have antioxidant actions to help cancer, constipation, hemorrhoids and diverticular disease, reduces inflammation in the joints, kidneys and skin, but also lowers cholesterol levels. Flaxseed oil is a good source of Omega 3 and good for the diabetic and their heart. Get some today!
Add to cottage cheese, oatmeal, salads, etc.
