Its good protien, dairy, and so versitile. Add it to omletes, salads, soups, instead of cheddar cheese in recipies. I just love it

    This sounds like a good trick--esp. for omelets. I'm thinking that with the cottage cheese, one may not have to add salt to their omelet either. I'll have to try it sometime.
