The no salt added variety can deliver the crunch without the added sodium. I just have to have chips if I eat a tuna sandwich. This is a smart way to fill the crunch. Baked is good too, if you can find reduced sodium.

I have a notebook in Evernote with a separate note for each restaurant I visit and what the best options are for my diet plan in each. I don't write down the "best options" that I wouldn't like either - just what I'd actually order. With my smart phone, I have that custom reference to keep me on track.

My only secret is that my husband is doing is gym with me, so his mental help is big for me. So we do 45 minutes 5 times a week, him on his stationary bike and me on my treadmill and watching our favorite programs.
