Secrets of Success





Just discovered stickers. I have a monthly calendar that every day I exercise, I put a sticker on the day. It is encouraging to see when you can go for different lengths of consistent stickers. And sometimes, it even encourages me to do it when I don't fell like it, just to keep a streak going.
