One of the hardest things for hubby and I when dieting (in the past) was denying ourselves any sweets (even though normally I don't have much of a sweet tooth). This time I have been buying Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches - they are delicious, 140 calories, have fiber, and most of all - because we have one every night for desert - we no longer feel deprived. Just last night hubby said to me "I'm really glad you bought those - cause I would have never tried them otherwise".
