You´ve got to learn to eat wisely during parties and weekends anyway, so you might as well just learn right away!
If staying in calorie range is the most difficult part of your journey, try setting a lower weight-loss rate so you will have a higher calorie range. Adjusting your goal from 2 lb/week to 1 lb/week makes is so you can eat approximately 500 more calories per day!
This higher range is more like maintenance, anyway!
When I don't feel like doing something, I do it anyway. I figure it won't get done any other way. 224 When you do finally get it done, you can feel proud.
