  • I don't measure. It's so easy to keep dipping the spoon into the ice cream, oblivious to amount. I will now scoop it out and measure. Thx! - by SPARKBJ
  • This is a wonderful idea and also very helpful for diabetics in getting a sense of a serving and the carbs per serving. My ex husband did this and he is still a diet controlled diabetic after 10 yrs. - by LADYJ6942
I am in the habit of measuring everything every time I eat so I am never over in my caloric intake. Even though I know what a portion should look like, I measure anyhow just to be sure. - by TAHITIBLOSSOM
  • I still weigh my meats and measure my "chip" protions for my lunches. It is amazing how quickly we seem to forget what an ounce of tortilla chips looks like. :) - by TERRIPHILL
  • I measure every day for every meal. My only guessing is when I am unable to use my scale and measuring cups if I am not at home.
