I don't measure. It's so easy to keep dipping the spoon into the ice cream, oblivious to amount. I will now scoop it out and measure. Thx!

I am in the habit of measuring everything every time I eat so I am never over in my caloric intake. Even though I know what a portion should look like, I measure anyhow just to be sure.

I still weigh my meats and measure my "chip" protions for my lunches. It is amazing how quickly we seem to forget what an ounce of tortilla chips looks like. :)
