I use Bounty brand paper-towels. We have a roll in the bathroom, in the bedroom and of course in the kitchen. I try to safe the consumption of it and after I use it to dry my clean hands i leave them on the counter to dry and then collect it in a container and then use them when I clean the house!

You may be spreading bacteria around your house. You think your hands are clean but really we touch so many surfaces everyday. Just throw the paper towel out.

Just take a papertowel, bounty is good and absorbent, and fold it a few times and get a hot iron! Place the papertowel on the wax and then the iron, the wax will melt into the papertowel and come out of the carpet! You may need to repeat one or two times.
I spend a little more and buy Norwex products for cleaning. I like the antibacterial microfiber rags. The best part is these rags are meant to be used without cleaning products. All I do is use a small squirt bottle with water, and these rags. The best part is with using these rags you do not need cleaners or have to use papertowels, and they are antibacterial so good for getting rid of the germs!
When I clean house...I move from the back of the house to the front of the house--I will dust and clean glass in every room first, then put down a rug deodorizer--vaccuum and then hit both bathrooms. I save the kitchen for last and go thru the fridge, sink, counter cleaning ..saving mopping for last. I usually can knock it all out in under 2 hours. I do maintenance cleaning about every 2d or 3rd day and it's really paying off in my waistline and in how my house looks 236
