I found if I focus too far ahead it scares me and ends up backfiring. I start thinking "this is going to take forever" and "I can't do this for 5/6 months" and it makes me crazy. I started writing down in my journal my goals for the day and then putting my full focus on them.

I've decided to not beat myself up or feel guilty for every little thing. I know what I need to do and I'm doing it. If the scale goes up a little, it's ok. I know what to do to get back on track. Feeling bad about myself will never help. I'm taking it one day at a time.
