I found if I focus too far ahead it scares me and ends up backfiring. I start thinking "this is going to take forever" and "I can't do this for 5/6 months" and it makes me crazy.
I started writing down in my journal my goals for the day and then putting my full focus on them.

    This is something a try to do as well...I have alot of weight to lose and it can definitely be overwhelming!
