I find that telling my sister on the phone each day what I have or haven't done diet-wise, really picks me up and gets me going. Discussing the pros and cons of different ideas or laughing at something silly we've done while trying to lose weight, really takes the edge off it all and makes it easier

I enjoy talking on the phone especially because now that I am out of college a lot of my friends live far away. When my friends and I chat we can talk for an hour or even longer. Instead of chatting to them while laying on my bed, whenever someone calls for a talk I take my phone with me and go for a walk. I tend to walk at a faster pace when I'm talking too, yet I barely remember I'm exercising because I'm so interested in the conversation!
