Most keep a food or a fitness journal, but you should also keep a Compliment Journal. Anytime someone compliments you, write it down! Even when you don't notice your weight loss, someone does. When you are having a bad day, go read those compliments and perk right up.

MORE INFORMATION:
I have a 3-sectioned notebook for fitness, nutrition and my copmpliments, but any notebook would work.

    I love this idea. I have such a hard time recognizing the changes in myself and this is a great way to validate. emoticon
