Design Your Own Boot-Camp Workout




Design a few circuits of intense exercise moves like jumping jacks, high-knees, running in place, jump lunges, plyo squats, running stairs, boxing punches or whatever you like. Repeat circuits as needed. Only about 15 minutes day a you will feel great.

More Information:

Can be done outside in your yard, driveway, porch or wherever you like. No equipment necessary! Or for more advance moves, add small handweights, a jump rope, or weighted gloves.
