DId you know that taking cinnamon every day helps maintain a healthy blood sugar level and improves cholesterol? I take cinnamon tablets, but you can add it to tea, cottage cheese, yogurt etc. But eating cinnamon rolls do not count! LOL

  • A visiting doctor at our Senior RV Resort told us that 1/2 teaspoon a day will improve your cholesterol. He said if we would just do that most of us would never have to take cholesterol meds. I didn't know you could purchase cinnamon in pill form. I'll have to check that out as I find it hard to consume 1/2 teaspoon a day. - by SHARONSPARKLE
