Ive read the benefits of Greek yogurt. I cant stand the tart taste of it alone. So, I buy a large container at Costco, split it into 4 servings and add 1 Tablespoon of sugar free marmalade, jam or something similar and let it sit for a day or two. It is a special treat.
Add-ins to try:
Fifty/50 sugar free low glycemic jam
low sugar orange marmalade
1.5 Tablespoon honey
This is satisfying and can be a night time treat as well since sitting for a day or two sweetens it to a nice amount and it conquers my sweet tooth!
