Making Greek Yogurt Tolerable

Ive read the benefits of Greek yogurt. I cant stand the tart taste of it alone. So, I buy a large container at Costco, split it into 4 servings and add 1 Tablespoon of sugar free marmalade, jam or something similar and let it sit for a day or two. It is a special treat.

Add-ins to try:
Fifty/50 sugar free low glycemic jam
low sugar orange marmalade
1.5 Tablespoon honey

This is satisfying and can be a night time treat as well since sitting for a day or two sweetens it to a nice amount and it conquers my sweet tooth!

    I add a tablespoon of cool whip... any kind ff, sugar free or regular... they all have similar calorie counts and half a packet of splenda along with fresh berries (any kind) It is soooo creamy and delicious I want to lick the bowl. LOL. emoticon

    I don't mind the flavor alone, but I like to add agave nectar. I also buy the flavored containers in the 4 packs from the store in blueberry or strawberry.
