Drink Water When You Wake Up In The Morning.




Because a person has been asleep all night long your body needs water in the morning. Most people wake up and use the bathroom but forget to re-hydrate. Keep a glass on your nightstand too, this will remind you to drink the 8 cups a day your body needs. emoticon
