Drink Water When You Wake Up In The Morning.

Because a person has been asleep all night long your body needs water in the morning. Most people wake up and use the bathroom but forget to re-hydrate. Keep a glass on your nightstand too, this will remind you to drink the 8 cups a day your body needs. emoticon

    Thanks , I have a glass of water by my bed now . But I didn't think to drink it all in the morning, I'll start thou.

    I heard about this along time ago. I stopped doing it, but I really need to get back in the habit of doing it again.

    I started doing this to help me get my 8 glasses in a day - it's so much easier to do when you knock off a glass or two first thing in the morning! Plus, it seems like I crave the water more if I start drinking it first thing.

    I totally agree. I take a drink bottle to bed every night and when I wake I always have some.

    I do this too. (I actually think it helps with regularity too.)
