If you don't like tofu, don't eat it. If you hate gyms, then don't go. Finding things that you like to do/eat but are healthy too will make it much easier to stick with.
Substitute healthier versions of your favourite foods, and find exercise that is fun for you. Remember, this is for life!

    I absolutely live by this secret---finding out what works for you.

I hate the gym, and I have found DVDs that are FUN and addicting for me. Gone are the years of 6-months-on (JAN-JUN)/6-months-off (JUL-DEC). It has been over 4 YEARS since I last dreaded my workout---I look forward to them now.

I am continually learning how to substitute healthier versions of my favorite foods and it is working for me.

Truly, I can live like this for life!
