When your eyes open, sit up slowly without using your hands. With legs straight out, lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in your back and hamstrings. Hold; then, using your abs, lower yourself flat. Rest and repeat two more times. Strengthens core. Burns 10 calories

    What an absolutely wonderful way to wake up! Thank you so very much, from a person who has problems not only being motivated enough to get out of bed but also in facing the day ahead with a positive frame of mind. I'm only sorry I'm out of bed already, but will definitely begin tomorrow.
