I set my alarm on my cell phone for the time I eat breakfast , lunch and at 7:15 PM. My alarm plays a melody and I stop and think about the meal I will be eating. I pause and remember not to overeat or eat too fast. The 7:15 alarm reminds me to stop eating for the day.
