I leave my snacks in the lunchroom so that I have to make a conscious decision to get up and get one. That way I am not mindlessly grabbing food while at my computer and not keeping tack of what I am eating.
I also make sure to take a variety of healthy snack options with me to work each day so that I don't get frustrated with what I have and head to the vending machine.

My usual craving times are at night. I have found that if I drink water instead of right away grabbing a snack, my cravings often go away. I "forget" to drink much throughout the day meaning my body is dehydrated and really not hungry after all. 194
