Humming throughout the day can can actually be beneficial to your heart, lungs, breathing and mood. I grew tired of the whole treadmill and elliptical routine, so I joined a fitness center where they offer different classes everyday. My favorites are Cardio Drums, Cardio Dance, Kickboxing, and STEP. It takes the Ho Hum out of exercise!
I find that listening to my favorite tunes while working out, gives me the motivation to get through that particular workout period. So - find a way to fit your fav tunes into your workout too, and trust me - you'll hum & sing your way to the end of your workout, with a much more happier temperament.
