To help drink more water, and get 5 g each pf protein and fiber, I mix 1 packet of K20 protein water mix in 24 oz of water and drink through out the morning at work. Then I mix another and drink it in the afternoon. The sweetness curbs my sweet tooth, keeps me from drinking soda, and keeps me hydrated :)
Water--not drinking it. Doing something IN it, or On it or by it. Building a sand castle, swimming, shell hunting, catching fish for an aquarium, floating, water bird watching, boating, kayaking, fishing, sketching, water color painting, photography at sunrise or sunset, running on the beach, walking a path along the river, hiking to a waterfall, swimming at the base of the waterfall.
Mix it up with water and I'm a happy camper.
