Drink, drink and keep on drinkin' those fluids (water)
I've now become dehydrated and gone to the ER twice in the past 2 weeks. Not from lack of drinking, but from lack of drinking enough. If you do a lot of exercise, those 8 glasses will not suffice. If yo udrink alcohol, it dehydrated you, so drink even more. Drink, drink, drink!!
