Daris said it on the Biggest Loser: If dinner is at 5:30, and you stay up until 3:00 a.m., you're bound to eat.

I'm working on having a low cal snack at 9:00 or 10:00 p.m., and then going to bed.

    This is SOOOOO true! I know if I'm up late watching tv, I always want to snack. But, if i go to sleep between 9 and 10pm, I can wait till breakfast to eat, without late snacks. Just another reason to make sure to get your proper rest!
