Secrets of Success

Microwave "Eggs N Muffin Pan"

This makes for a fast and easy breakfast. The egg cooks up so that it can fit on an English Muffin (or a Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin.) Scramble up an egg, or egg whites - add in toppings like ham, cheese, spinach, onions, mushrooms, peppers etc and you have a yummy breakfast sandwich!

More Information:

Much cheaper and healthier than the other fast food breakfasts out there! You don't have to put it on bread, it can make a nice little omelet too. I bought mine at Wal-Mart, it's made by Nordic Ware. Excellent quality and does a great job!

  • I make oatmeal for 3days so it works. . . . emoticon emoticon emoticon - by BABY_GIRL69
Good ideas! Yeah, any small microwavable bowl will do. This one has a lid, which helps because it will spatter a bit. It's easier than doing my eggs in a frying pan I've found. - by TURTLE_MOM
  • You can do the same without the pan. Just use a corelle style cereal bowl. Spray it with cooking spray like pam, break the egg, poke the yoke, whisk, add dash of pepper, and microwave one minute. Let sit 20 seconds. then losen edges with fork and flip out onto bread, english muffin, bagle or tortilla.( round egg fits nicely on round bread. emoticon - by JOYLJL
  • Nice idea. I'll try this with custard cups for little mini omelets for everyday and to put on a whole wheat english muffin next time I find them. Great idea! - by AKASHA66
