I had pretty much hit a plateau when I first tried this DVD. I work out during my lunch hour so I'm pressed for time. In the 2-3 months that I've been 'shredding', I've lost 10 pounds, 2 inches in my chest and 2 in my waist. So if you are stuck in a rut, pick up a copy and start shredding. You will be glad that you did.
This DVD consists of 20 minute workouts at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each workout has a 2-minute warm-up followed by 3 circuits featuring 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. A 2 minute cool-down completes each workout. AWESOME workout!
