Not sure if this belongs in the "Exercise" or "Product Review" category. I bought the Zumba fitness for the Wii a few weeks ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It works you through from beginner to expert levels and it's a fun way to get some cardio when I can't get to the gym or get outside. I've loved the Zumba DVDs and classes and this is a fun alternative that I actually look forward to doing.

Use the Wii board - even when it's off Use the Wii board as a 'stepper' to add more steps to your day. I find that I don't walk enough on a daily basis, so I am going to start with 10 minutes each day on the Wii board and track that.

Using my Nintendo Wii Fitness programs makes cardio fun to do! I can customize my workouts and how challenging they are and "competing" with the computer keeps me on my toes. Most of all- it's fun!

Put ankle weights and arm weights before playing wii fit, not only do you get the benefit of being active on something really fun -- but the added resistance from the ankle weights and arm weights burns more calories!

For those of you with Wii and Netflix....free work out video's to your tv! All you have to do is request a free DVD from Netflix to connect your Wii to netflix, and pop it in your Wii. Then add work out videos to your instant queue and you can play them on your tv whenever you want.

Believe in the power of Wii, the Wii board that is;) I use the Wii board to help keep track of the weight I've lost or gained, by seeing my progress on screen, I'm able to visualize better my progress rather then using a regular scale. Back in January when I started to kick my weight loss goals into high gear I knew that previous methods I had tried

Wii Boxing-Motivati I make Mii's of challenging, aggravating people I encounter throughout the day on my Wii and box them when I get home. If I have a difficult co-worker, I'll Wii box them in the morning before I go to work and it keeps me smiling and killing them with kindness when they cross my path.

I love exercising no matter what the weather is. You use the step and the remote to control and track your exercise. The system is motivating and fun.
