IBS VS SKINNYFIBER!!

Hey friends!!
I have pretty bad IBS and started this supplement called Skinny Fiber about 2 weeks ago. This has changed my life! We all know fiber keeps you full and stabilizes blood sugar to curb hunger, but those of us with IBS have trouble digesting normal supplements like Metamucil or Benefiber (psyllium-based). Skinny Fiber contains glucomannan which is much more easily digested and more powerful. I am currently about 10 lbs from my goal weight and have lost a whole pants size since taking this

Losing weight seems to take FOREVER! I know this bc that's what I felt during my weight loss journey. Even though I had resolved myself to the fact that I would reach my goal, the lbs couldn't come off fast enough. I urge u to be patient. Don't let little pitfalls cloud what it is u want to achieve. emoticon

If you have a BMI of 35 or higher, consider Weight Loss Surgery

The fact is that for people with a lot of weight to lose (BMI over 35). only 5 percent of those who try traditional diet and exercise planssucceed in losing the weight AND KEEPING IT OFF!! On the other hand, with weight loss surgery, 95% succeed in both losing and keeping the weight off. Cost aside, think about it. The statistics speak for themselves.

Make a compliment journal

Most keep a food or a fitness journal, but you should also keep a Compliment Journal. Anytime someone compliments you, write it down! Even when you don't notice your weight loss, someone does. When you are having a bad day, go read those compliments and perk right up.
