Food and Water

My relationship with food:
-Fill up half plate with veggies first then fist size portions of anything else (healthy of course)
-Eat from smaller containers
-Chew SLOWER and don't rush....sometimes I stop and pause
-Drink WATER constantly and consistently. ....my skin is looking better already

Drink Water First Thing

I drink my first 2 glasses of water every day just by taking medications and vitamins. One glass I drink while swallowing the pills, and one glass I drink just for good measure. That's a quarter of my water every day already done!

Lemon Water Jug

I started a jug of water & have been squeezing lemons into it, and keeping it in the fridge for maximum convenience.
