Exercise by volunteering!!

Volunteer time at your local animal shelter or rescue. Take the dogs for walks to get your cardio time in or help clean the shelter. It's different, you meet a lot of nice people and get to help a good cause!

Help others = Help yourself

When giving time to help others, it helps one to be more positive about one's own life. We feel good about helping others. And we see that our own problems aren't as bad as we think they are.

Volunteer

I don't get "paid" to volunteer but I get quite a few "perks".
I get a "free" lunch (yes I know-no such thing as a "free lunch") when I volunteer at the hospital. I received a membership to the historical society because I volunteer there. Plus there's the volunteer recognition lunches, etc. each year.
