One of the greatest ways to find support and encouragement is from others who share your same goals. A great icebreaker is to join teams that interest you. There you will already find great people whom you have something in common with right away!!

When you join a team, you join a whole community of people that can help keep you on track when you feel like you're falling behind. Teams also set fun goals and challenges to keep you exercising and eating healthy foods!

Whether you have a few or more Spark teammates attend your team meet up, take some pictures and upload them to your team page or blog so others who couldn't come can share in the group event. Post with Spark names not real names, and if you put in local paper , get permission.

Healthy Meet up Potluck & cookbook Ask each Sparker to bring a healthy dish to share and the recipe for it. Enough copies to share to attendees would be good.

Being a team leader is a great way to spread my Spark & keep it shining brightly. It motivates me to know there are others looking to me for support, information, cheerleading, or to be an example of how SP can work for them. As the old saying goes, "Try it! You'll like it?!"

Being On A Team For A Challenge I find that being on a team for a challenge a good thing. There's accountability, as well as goals to be met. Other people are counting on me to do well, & I don't want to let them down. I know that each other member is working hard as well, & there is the built in motivation to help the team win.
