Hard to stay fit while sitting down watching the NFL playoffs? When my team gets a first down, I throw my medicine ball up in the air and catch it 10 times. Assign different sets for different situations to mix it up. I do 1 set of 10 for a 1st down, 2 sets of 10 for a 20 yard+ gain, 3 sets of 10 for a touchdown. You can mix it up any way you wish to make it interesting. You can even make it a game against your friends! If my team gets a touchdown, you give me 50 pushups. Have fun this weekend!

I learned to be one with the exercise (LOL). I go to the gym just to hang out and I always end up in somebody's class. I've tried all kinds of things ... zumba, spin, water aerobics, weight lifting, treadmills, ellipticals, and Tae Kwondo. I can't wait to try belly dancing! It's the newest class.
Keep the bags you need for classes and sports packed and ready to go by the front door so there is no rushing around the day of that class or sport looking for missing items. If it is something that needs to be washed, wash it and put it away right into the bag!
I liked playing field hockey and lacrosse in high school, and since I still have my equipment, it's easy to add 5-15 minutes of playing the sport to the end of my work out time for something fun and a little added calorie burning!
