Use the 'old' boxes of baking soda from your fridge and freezer for cleaning your pots and pans, washing up after greasy or yard work, final rinse on your dogs bath, cleaning jewelry stones.

Make dates with yourself to pamper your body. Having a beautiful body doesn't rely on your dress size. Take time to care for your body and skin. By learning to care for your body externally you'll be more inclined to care for body internally. Moisturize your skin, smooth on a face mask, fashion your fingernails, run a warm bath, exfoliate, massage your neck, shape your eyebrows, and turn on your favorite music. Even waking up 15 minutes early to prepare your outfit can solidify a successful day.

This might sound obvious but if I think I can get away without a shower after the gym I get "hot spots" in my body creases. It even happens in the summer if it is particularly hot. Use diaper cream with zinc in it on those spots and it will soothe your skin and keep it healthy.
