This year for Thanksgiving, try eliminating bread from the menu altogether since stuffing already has bread in it. I did it last year and no one missed it since everything else was more exciting flavor-wise anyways!
Buy the precooked grilled chicken strips in your meat department of the grocery store. You can buy a large bag or a small bag and add it to everything from salads, soups, casseroles, you name it! It is a huge time saver, and tastes great. There is nothing added...it's just chicken.
