Conversation Helps Me Eat Less!

I LOVE TO TALK! I love to talk MORE than eat! I find that if I am in the company of adults at my dinner table{ or any meal},I will generally eat LESS at that meal than if I were alone.I will still finish my meal,but not necessarily all of it and I will drink MORE WATER!
