eating raw fruits and veges

raw carrots, blackberries, grape tomatoes, crisp pears, really helps my body process foods easier and quicker, cannot imagine why i stopped eating raw foods years ago

Eat at least one fruit or veggie at every meal.

Raw fruits and veggies (or cooked veggies without oil) are full of water and fiber and fill me up so that I don't eat as many calories.

Eat Raw Fruits and Vegetables

Eat at least 50% of your daily intake as raw fruits and vegetables. It has been the best weight loss secret I have learned, although a friend says 75% would be better. I have consistently lost weight doing this. It keeps me feeling energized and my digestive system clean and moving.

Substitute Raw Sugar for Honey

Most recipes that call for honey can substitute sugar. Instead of using refined white sugar, use Sugar in the Raw. This will greatly decrease your overall sugar and carbohydrate intake while giving your body something it can digest more easily. Natural is always the best option!
