Eat leafy greens, fruits and other vegetables!

Raw foods high in fiber like green vegetables and fruit are excellent for keeping hunger down... fiber is absorbed more slowly and will sustain you for longer. It's also very low calorie, so there is no guilt when you feel like eating more! I pretty much stuff my face and lose weight consistently. The things I watch are my use of oils and such when I cook food.

eat raw vegan

Eating mostly (80%) organic raw fruits, veggies, nuts, grains and grain sprouts and legume sprouts is best. Smaller amounts ( 20%) of organic dairy, eggs, meat and fish are good, too.
