Close to goal weight, but stuck, I knew I needed to do better. I decided to challenge myself to not eat after supper for 100 days in a row. I cocooned myself upstairs and refused to go down. I made 85 out of 100 days and got to goal weight!
In my nutrition tracker I created a "food" named SNACK, with 200 calories. Each morning, I immediately log in 1 serving of SNACK and put it in my Snack area. That way, 200 cal immedialely figures in my total. So if I do eat at night, what I choose is likely accounted for. If not, I'm still ok!
