Exercise TV On Demand is a FANTASTIC way to get structured workouts for free! They have all different sorts of exercise, and even some of the most popular ones, like the Jillian Michaels workouts. Even better, they switch them up periodically so you never get bored! I love this because all too often, I've bought DVDs that I thought would be great and ended up hating them, never using them again, and wasting that money. Now it is not a concern!
