I went to a thrift store and bought 3 inexpensive jeans, kinda tight but not to tight. When those jeans start to feel lose I take those old jeans back to the thrift store then buy another 3 kinda snug jeans. I could tell I was losing weight buy the way the jeans felt, and it makes me feel like I accomplished something. Like a game, for each pants size is a new level of weight loss and I get to go out and buy more jeans while getting to get rid of bigger ones.
I've found that relying solely on the scale is not the best way to know if you're losing weight. That's why I say that it's all in the jeans! Yup! I'm happier now knowing that a pair of tight jeans are now fitting me loosely than what the numbers on the scale read!
Tried on some of the new Addition Elle stretch jeans in the "Curvy" and "Shaped" styles. They rock! I can never find jeans that don't gape at the small of my back since I have a huge butt and small waist. These jeans actually fit! I think they're a bit expensive at $49.99 but worth it.
Whenever I feel unmotivated or want to give into a craving, I go into my bedroom and get out a pair of jeans that once were tight on me and try them on to see how loose they've gotten. That gives me motivation to see how far I've come and to keep on going!
