Hypertension / Diabetic / everyone friendly snack Sprinkle ground cinnamon on a sliced apple. Not only does it taste refreshingly good, but there is some evidence cinnamon helps reduce high blood pressure. It takes an ordinary apple and makes it a dessert. Enjoy!
