To Help Sugar Cravings...

Drink a cup of Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice herbal tea with a little milk stirred in (I like coconut or almond milk).
It's cinnamony and sweet without any type of sweetener. It's great and really beats the cravings.

Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry Tea

100% natural, herbal, caffeine-free tea.

I really like the flavor of this tea -- it's good hot or cold, and is a great way for me to get some extra glasses of water in. It has a nice, strong, flavor -- a little bit tart, a little bit naturally sweet.

Sometimes I just put a bag in my bottle of cold water -- that's enough to flavor the water enough to help me drink it!

Make your own Flavored Water

Water at work tastes AWFUL, even with Brita pitcher, so I steep fruit/herbal tea in 8 ounces of water until it's dark, then pour over ice with cold water -- better than crystal lite because there's no artificial sweeteners, no caffeine. I'm drinking much more water this way.

Herbal Tea

When I am craving something sweet, I have a cup of fresh brewed herbal tea. They don't need sugar and they are pretty much a freebie for calories! Tazo's Passion Tea really cures a sweet tooth!
