Spruce Up Plain Greek Yogurt

I don't necessarily like the taste of FAGE Total 0% plain Greek yogurt, so I sprinkle some cinnamon and splenda in it for a yummier taste with no extra calories!

Give that turkey sandwich some zing!

I LOVE cranberry orange relish on a turkey sandwich but these days I am just too lazy to make it...but suddenly I noticed the Wegmans Triple Fruits jam in my fridge...30 calories per Tbsp. and wow, does it taste great on a turkey sandwich with a bit of lowfat mayo and some nice salad greens! emoticon

Veggie Soup!

I make a big pot of veggie soup once a week...& have it often! It helps to curb the grumbellies, it's nutritionally dense, & low cal! It tastes yummy & it's ohhhhh sooo good for you! Enjoy!

Lettuce wraps

I love sandwiches, but I use lettuce (mostly Romaine though any will do) to wrap around the meat, onions, shaved carrots etc. I also do the same thing for burritos. Use lettuce instead of bread or tortillas.

It's Not Hard To Give Up Pasta For This

You can save alot of calories and enjoy all your favorite pasta dish by just replacing the pasta with vegetables. Try replacing your pasta with zucchini, cauliflower or broccoli. It taste great and all the restaurant like Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill will be happy to replace the pasta for veggies.

Plan Ahead

I always run late for work in the morning, so since I've started the SP plan, I make it a habit of making my lunch the night before. Usually, I'll cook something extra up for dinner, then set it aside for the next day's lunch. I know I'll stick to the plan that way.
