When I'm craving something sweet and cold, I go for about 1/2c of organic frozen dark cherries, put them in a bowl with about a 1/4c of almond milk (or skim or soy or yogurt even) and eat them up!
I love this brand the best because it is so creamy, thick, versatile & high protein. I've tried other brands but they taste thin or watery compared to this one, which seems as creamy as 2% in other brands. I get it at Costco for $5.50 a quart - 4 oz is just 60 cals & mixed w/Splenda & Frozen fruit, it even makes a great ice cream substitute!
When I'm in the mood for something cold and sweet, instead of ice cream or sugar laden popsicles, I eat frozen grapes. When I get home from the grocery store, I take half of the grapes I've bought and put them into mini ziploc bags (20 in each) and throw them into the freezer.
