Having a couple of cherry tomatoes can curb a binge. Sun ripened, sweet, and sitting on my windowsill they are a great go-to instant low calorie and nutritious snack.

At one point i was down 80 pounds from eating fish for supper, i would cook it with peppers,onions,tomatoes and garlic with some Balsamic vinegar or dressing, i find that the fat free dressings help out a lot to crush huger battles. If i am CRAVING chinese food i will cook the fish in Asian toasted sesame fat free dressing, if i want italian i will cook it in fat free caesar italian with some stewed tomatoes. It is just as good with chicken too :D

Portion Control is Your Friend I worked in restaurant industry for years. I have no idea what real portions are anymore because what we buy is often several 100% more than what a serving is. My lack of reality about portions leads me to eat much more than is typical and leads me to feel starved when I'm eating right.
