Chocolate Fix in a gum

I love chocolate (can't get enough of it), but I don't love the calories and fat that go along with it. So, I found and fell in love with Extra Dessert Delights Mint Chocolate Chip sugarfree gum. Only 5 calories, flavor lasts for at least 15 minutes, and it satisfies my chocolate cravings.

Not overeating at picnics

Added Ammunition vs. Impulse Buying

We've all heard the old trick of eating before grocery shopping, to minimize the tendency to buy foods on impulse. I couple that trick with chewing sugarless gum when I shop. It further reduces my urge to grab snack foods or things not on my shopping list, because my taste buds feel satisfied.

Gum Alternative

I haven't found many people with my specific issue, but I love bubblegum and it had to be the sugar kind. I'd chew then discard after flavor ran out on to pop in another piece. Now I chew Glee gum. You can find it at Natural Foods stores. It stops the cravings and way less calories and carbs.
