Road Trip

If I can, I wear exercise-friendly clothes for a road trip. When I stop at a rest stop I often take ten minutes for a fitness break: jogging, doing calisthenics, even swinging a kettlebell I've thrown in the trunk, or a quick kickboxing routine. Tabatas are great, and I keep a HIIT program on my phone to help me keep time. Better than a cup of coffee for keeping alert and from getting stiff. I never mind the looks I get--I figure I'm inspiring people!
