Walking bliss

When I'm walking fast (3.5-4mph) for over 20 mins, I sometimes feel like I'm in a completely new place, even in the same neighborhood I've walked for years. My senses are heightened and everything seems brighter even on a gloomy day.

This sense of blissful newness is the real reason I love to walk.

swimsuit for motivation

Every time you don't feel like working out, go swimsuit window shopping online. When I finally see the swimsuit I'd like to buy, I'm always pumped to get my workout done and stick to clean eating.

Early Morning Exercise

Meet group to walk/jog Monday-Friday @ 5:45 in the MORNING! It is a great way to start the day & get cardio. Love the rosy cheeks I get! Am up to 4 miles & it feels great! emoticon

Just Go!

If I am dreading my work out, I stop thinking about it and just do it! I get up and I go to the gym or I get up and get on my step aerobic bench. If I think about how much I don't want to do it too long I'll make up excuses for reasons to procrastinate or not go!
